Internal Announcement: Nadia Hepner Promoted to Senior Vice President of Property Operations

Since returning to Seldin, Nadia has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence. Drawing on her extensive multifamily housing experience, including deep lease-up oversight expertise, she has made a meaningful impact across the organization through her focus on performance, team development, client service, resident experience, and successful property stabilization.

Nadia previously served in senior leadership roles with Kairoi Residential and Cortland Partners and has also held leadership positions with Seldin Company. Her background gives her a strong foundation in operations, client services, portfolio growth, and the strategic oversight required to guide new communities through lease-up. Her leadership style combines data-driven decision making with a people-first approach centered on collaboration, accountability, and mentorship.

In her expanded role, Nadia will continue to oversee her existing areas of responsibility while assuming leadership of several additional regions and teams. As part of the August 1 organizational realignment, Natasha Smith’s portfolio, the open New Mexico region, and Wisconsin operations will transition under Nadia’s leadership. Amber Romasanta will continue reporting to Nadia and will retain responsibility for Paddock and Park Row, Worthington, Oakwood Trails, and the San Antonio properties currently within her portfolio.

Nadia’s ability to build strong teams, cultivate lasting client relationships, and lead through growth has helped drive operational success throughout her career. We are confident that her expanded leadership will further strengthen operations and support continued success for our teams, residents, clients, and communities.

Please join us in congratulating Nadia on this well-deserved promotion and wishing her continued success in this expanded leadership role.

Seth Perkins shared: “Nadia’s operational expertise, lease-up oversight experience, commitment to developing people, and ability to lead through growth make her an exceptional choice for this expanded role. We are excited to see the positive impact she will continue to have on our teams, our clients, and the communities we serve.”
