Sean Ciesielski Promoted to Vice President of Residential Property Management
We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Sean Ciesielski to Vice President of Residential Property Management.
Sean is a seasoned property management professional with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Seldin in May 2021, he held leadership roles with Edward Rose & Sons and The NRP Group. Most recently, Sean served as Regional Portfolio Manager, where he played a key role in supporting portfolio performance and operational execution.
Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in social and behavioral sciences from Indiana University and is deeply engaged in industry leadership and education. He served on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Nebraska from 2022 to 2024 and currently serves as Board President of the Nebraska Maintenance Academy within the Apartment Association of Nebraska.
Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Sean has lived primarily in Indiana and Michigan, with a brief stint in Tampa, Florida, before relocating to Omaha.
Outside of work, Sean and his fianc?e, Elizabeth, are raising their son, Leo, and enjoy exploring new places and trying out local restaurants. Sean is also a passionate sports fan, following baseball (Chicago White Sox), football (Chicago Bears, Notre Dame, and Indiana University), and hockey (Chicago Blackhawks).
