Travis Mahrt Promoted to Vice President of Residential Property Management
Pleased to share that Travis Mahrt has been promoted to Vice President of Residential Property Management at Seldin Company.
Travis brings more than 15 years of experience across brokerage, on-site operations, asset management, and regional leadership within the multifamily real estate industry. He approaches portfolio oversight with an ownership-minded, results-driven perspective, grounded in both operational execution and financial performance.
Travis began his career as a licensed real estate broker in New York City, where he developed expertise in leasing strategy, client advisory, and market-driven pricing. He later transitioned into site-level property management in Chicago, leading day-to-day operations, leasing performance, budgeting, and team development at the community level.
Before joining Seldin in 2023, Travis served as an Asset Manager at Metonic Real Estate Solutions, where he was responsible for financial analysis, business planning, and overseeing operational performance to ensure alignment with investment objectives. This experience strengthened his ability to bridge asset strategy with on-site execution and deliver consistent portfolio results.
